Originally launched in March 2011, the online quoting portal has been updated to enable hassle-free quote comparison for consumers and improved lead generation for independent agents.
The new features of the easy-to-use online interface will provide enhancements to both consumers shopping for insurance and independent agents selling Plymouth Rock's policies.
In addition to providing real-time Plymouth Rock Massachusetts auto insurance quotes at any time of day for customers, the enhanced quoting system enables customers to compare quotes against other major providers.
Plymouth Rock chief marketing officer Keith R. Jensen said the new advancements to online portal will help to meet customer demands by operating with the technical functionality of a large national brand, while still providing the personal attention of a local company.
Additionally, the updated platform enables independent agents to easily connect with customers that prefer to shop online.
