Tainergy to expand capacity in China Nuying Huang,Henan;Jackie Chang,DIGITIMES[Thursday 10 May 2012]Tainergy Tech will expand annual solar cell production capacity at its factory in Kunshan,eastern China,from 60MW in early 2012 to 120MW in the second quarter,and solar module capacity from 50MW to 100MW by the end of the third quarter to meet increasing orders,according to the company.
According to Yang Dayi,president of Tainergy Tech in Kunshan,orders from Solon have been returning.The firm has also been benefitting from the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy probe by the US government.
Tainergy has been cooperating with GCL-Poly on producing mono-like solar products.GCL-Poly has been reportedly issuing orders to strategic partners,including Tainergy.
