Ben & Jerry’s has renamed its popular Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream to I Dough, I Dough following the US Supreme Court's decision of legalizing same-sex marriage.
I Dough, I Dough will be available in a special commemorative pint sleeve at participating scoop shops for a limited time. The commemorative pint sleeves can also be purchased online through the Human Rights campaign at http://shop.hrc.org/ with all proceeds benefiting the organization.

Ben & Jerry's has demonstrated a strong advocacy for gay rights and marriage equality seizing numerous opportunities throughout its 37 year history. In 1989, Ben & Jerry's was the first company in the state of Vermont to offer full benefits to same sex couples. Over the years at opportune moments the company has used its business, programs, social mission campaigns, and quirky flavors as a voice for the LGBTQ community. In 2009 Ben & Jerry's honorarily renamed its flavor Chubby Hubby to "Hubby Hubby" in support of legalized gay marriage in the ice cream maker's home-state of Vermont. Most recently, Ben & Jerry's joined 30 other companies and signed the Amicus Brief to the Supreme Court in support of the equality movement.
