In booth#2324 at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2012 in Orlando,FL(17-19 October),RF Micro Devices Inc of Greensboro,NC,USA is showcasing its portfolio of wired broadband components.
The components leverage the firm's multi-chip-module(MCM)integration capabilities and broad access to all key process technologies to enable CATV,optical access,fiber-optic,and other applications.
During the Expo,RFMD will present a broad array of products,including its silicon-on-insulator(SOI)CATV control components and its gallium nitride(GaN)-based CATV amplifiers,which deliver increased bandwidth,improved power efficiency,and enhanced reliability for network upgrades,the firm claims.
