Nutritional products retailer in the US, GNC’s licensee partner, Shadow Beverages has selected Closure Systems International’s (CSI) Extra-Lok V 38mm OD cap for use on GNC’s new line of advanced nutrition beverages.
The light-weight Extra-Lok V 38mm OD cap from CSI offers consumer safety features, and optimal sealing and application performance, and was chosen over alternative closure options.
Graham Packaging has created 20oz and 14oz PET bottles for the Nutritional Waters, Sport Nutrition, and Protein Nutrition Beverages of GNC. The XP beverage lines come with black labels and closures, while the 'Active' bottles have white labels and clear closures.
The company's beverage line includes 'XP' / Extreme Performance drinks, targeted for performance athletes, and 'Active' drinks for active consumers.
Distribution of the new line of GNC beverages, currently consisting of 14 SKU's, has begun in the US.
