Indian automobile manufacturer Tata Motors has launched the new Vista D90 hatchback in Nepal that is powered by Quadrajet diesel engine with variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) technology.
The 1.3L diesel engine mated to Euro-tech 2 gearbox generates output of 90ps and 200nm Torque, while providing fuel consumption of 21.12km/L and acceleration of 0-100km/h in 15.5sec along with a top speed of 158km/h.
Tata Motors Nepal and Bhutan Passenger Vehicles Business Unit country manager Gurinder Singh said, "We already have enquires for the Vista D90 and we hope that customer like our latest offering in the market."
Interiors of the hatchback include Touchscreen with a TFT interface in-built GPS system, DVD player and Blue5 technology, automatic climate control, driver information system and fuel computer digital screen to display mileage, average fuel consumption and distance-to-empty.
Features of the vehicle include two-way adjustable four-spoke steering wheel, six-way height adjustable driver seat with lumbar support, intelligent rear wiper, electrically adjusted ORVMs, all four power windows, rear charging point and follow-me- home headlamps.
Additionally, the vehicle's safety features include dual front SRS airbags, crumple zones, side intrusion beams, engine immobilizer, central locking and keyless entry as well as anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) technology.
