For autumn winter 2012, Allegra Hicks is launching allegra by Allegra Hicks – a new diffusion fashion line of her eponymous label, which will be stocked exclusively in select John Lewis branches and online.
Allegra is internationally renowned for her print designs and this expertise shines through in her autumn winter collection, which is characterised by her signature look and feel, but with modern adaptations of her trademark print such as digital flower and snake effect designs.
The first allegra by Allegra Hicks collection for autumn winter has been inspired by the rich colours of precious stones and metals. The collection is rich with ruby hues, magentas, amethysts and the cool tones of lapis lazuli, combined with rich gold and silver shades. The collection includes a selection of tops, dresses and a jumpsuit in materials including luxury jersey fabrics and crepe, with prints inspired by the forms of nature and winter gardens.
