Weber Haus Is Expecting to Generate Turnover of €180m This Year

Manufacturer of prefabricated houses Weber Haus is expecting to generate turnover of €180m this year with the construction of 725 houses, and to increase its export rate slightly from 15% to 18%. Weber Haus currently employs 930 staff reflecting an increase of 25 compared to last year. The stock of orders on hand has remained constant since the end of last year at €185m. The period of time between receipt of order and handing over the finished building to the customer is currently around 12 months. According to the sales director, Peter Liehner, the production facilities are being fully utilised at the present time. On account of the very low interests for building loans, a stable domestic economy as well as an increasing demand on some export markets, including Switzerland and Great Britain, commercial director Gerhard Stehling also expects stable business activity in 2013.
