Riverside Medical, a healthcare packaging specialist, helped to specify the multi-page Fix-a-Form from Denny Bros that is featured on the self-test product called Chube.
The 6-page informational Fix-a-Form, measuring 35mmx133mm at its finished size, is wrapped neatly around the tube that drivers blow into to check if they are over the limit. Yellow granules inside the tube turn green if alcohol above the tube’s preset level is detected.
Fix-a-Form spokeswoman Nicola Salisbury said: “Fix-a-Form is the marketing tool that works hardest on a product where space is incredibly limited. It can stay with the product throughout its life or be detached through perforations for ease of use.”
