Sports nutrition products provider Optimum Nutrition (ON) has launched new OPTI-BAR.
The new assortment of great-tasting protein bars is a convenient, portable source of high quality protein, with three to five grams of sugar.

Each 60 gram OPTI-BAR contains 20 grams of high quality protein, which supports satiety and muscle recovery.
One hundred percent of the protein comes from isolate sources – milk protein isolate and whey protein isolate. OPTI-BAR is an excellent source of fiber; each bar contains eight to ten grams. Each flavor of OPTI-BAR contains four grams or less of sugar.
