Fuddruckers, a restaurant brand owned by US-based Luby’s, has expanded its offerings with the launch of new Bourbon Burger.
The new Bourbon Burger is made with seasoned and grilled-to-order beef patty that is glazed in a sweet bourbon sauce and topped with crispy bacon, bourbon caramelized onions and crumbled blue cheese, the company claims.
The beef used in the burger is fresh, never frozen and 100% USDA certified, as well as contains no fillers or additives.
According to the company, the sesame-topped buns are baked on-site.
Fuddruckers also serves a wide range of sandwiches, platters and salads.
Luby's currently has 68 company-operated Fuddruckers locations and it is the franchisor for 112 Fuddruckers franchise locations across the US including Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Italy and the Dominican Republic.
