France based automaker Citroen is planning to unveil its DS3 Cabrio Racing Concept vehicle at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed that will be held in the UK.
The concept vehicle is expected to be powered by the company's turbo high pressure (THP) 1.6L gasoline turbocharged engine paired with six-speed manual gearbox that generates an output of 202hp (150kw).
DS3 Cabrio is an open-top model vehicle that is expected to come with gloss black 19inch alloy wheels as well as Carmin red and dark chrome highlights.
According to the manufacturer, the new concept vehicle is 25kgs lesser compared to the DS3 Cabrio hatchback and offers acceleration of 0-62mph in 6.5sec as well as a top speed of 143mph.
The vehicle has Carmin colored brake calipers, wheel hubs, door mirror housings, black canvas roof as well as bucket seats and the Carmin finish on the dashboard.
Citroen is also planning to demonstrate the vehicle at the upcoming 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show that will be held in September 2013.
