Ferrari has unveiled its most powerful model named FXX-K which will be introduced at the Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi.
The K in the car refers to the KERS kinetic energy recovery technology used to boost performance of the car on track.
It features V12-plus-electric engine which is similar to the one used in the company's other flagship LaFerrari, but it is capable of producing 1,050 cv out of which 860 cv is produced by the V12 engine and the rest 190 cv will comes from the electric motor fitted in the car.
FXX-K is also capable of generating more than 900 Nm of torque and can attain a maximum speed of 350km/h and accelerate from 0-200km/h in just 7 seconds.
To improve the vehicle dynamics the company has used Pirelli slicks that feature sensors that monitor longitudinal, lateral, radial acceleration along with temperature and pressure.
The technology is expected to provide the correct analysis of the interaction between the tyre and track surface.
The designing of the car was done by the Ferrari Styling Centre along with the company's other engineering and development departments.
