FCA’s Mopar brand has launched a new fleet vehicle maintenance and service program at the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) Institute & Expo at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
The Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane program will provide one-stop solution for fleet vehicle maintenance and service and claimed to be comprehensive service offered by an OEM in the fleet segment.
For fleet vehicle owners, FCA US dealerships with Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane program will become a one-stop solution for all services and original parts.
This service program will offer services for extended hours, consistent national pricing, a nationwide network and OEM trained technicians.
Mopar fleet service and parts operations director Jim Sassorossi said: "The Mopar brand is committed to taking care of our FCA fleet customers, and our new Fleet Preferred Mopar Express Lane maintenance program is the latest example.
"We're tapping into our Mopar Express Lane locations, many with extended hours, to offer fast, ease-of-process maintenance to deliver the kind of service that helps increase operational time for fleet vehicles."
Mopar Express Lane services were launched back in 2008 across 1000 FCA US dealerships and have been offering fast oil changes and more.
The company hopes that the number of dealerships offering the express lane service will make it easier for fleet vehicle owners to choose Mopar over others.
