Dimont & Associates has appointed David Voth as new senior vice president of Technology, who will focus on executing advanced methodologies to meet technology requirements.
David will join the leadership team to enhance Dimont in information management while implementing enhancements to communications, efficiency and growth.
Dimont founder and CEO Bernie said that technology had become so critical in not only increasing processing efficiency, but also in helping to ensure the quality and integrity of services.
"David's knowledge and vision will be invaluable as we continue to maximize the benefit of our services for all of our clients," Bernie added.
With over 20 years of experience in the technology financial services industry, David served at Fannie Mae and led the design, development and implementation of Desktop Underwriter.
David created and led a cross-functional team for new entrants to the mortgage business to design, develop, and market an innovative, web-based mortgage origination platform.
Additional business and technology initiatives of full mortgage lifecycle that were managed by David include origination, pricing, securitization, pipeline hedging, servicing, and loss mitigation.
