Flavour firm McCormick & Company Inc. is launching 21 bold new flavours, which include burger sauce mix-ins, chilli peppers and flavoured sea salts.
Kevan Vetter, executive chef for McCormick, said: "Our new products enable consumers to explore bold, more intense flavours at home that they may have seen in restaurants, foods trucks and online. Spicy, smoky and alcohol-infused offerings - from Grill Mates Smoky Ranchero Marinade to Gourmet Sriracha Seasoning - make it easy to add interesting flavours to favourite dishes, whether you're grilling a burger or making a stir fry."
Four new sauce varieties offer backyard grillers the right mix for their steakhouse burgers. The Montreal Steak, Brown Sugar Bourbon, Sweet Mesquite & Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic & Sautéed Onion flavours, which need no measuring, are the Grill Mates Steakhouse Burgers Sauce Mix-Ins that contain seasoning enough for four to six patties.
Six more flavours to celebrate the grill are Grill Mates Belgian-Style White Ale Seasoning, Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Seasoning, Grill Mates Smoky Ranchero Marinade, Grill Mates Sweet Onion Steakhouse Burgers Seasoning Mix, Lawry's Zesty Seafood Marinade with Old Bay Seasoning and Lawry's Sweet Asian BBQ Marinade.
McCormick introduces four fresh flavoured sea salt grinders to spruce up dishes and can be easily used during cooking or at the table. These include: Chipotle Sea Salt Blend Grinder, Smoked Sea Salt Grinder, Lemon Zest Sea Salt Blend Grinder and Sweet Onion Sea Salt Blend Grinder.
The three new chilli pepper varieties that put some zest into any gourmet food include the hot and tangy Sriracha Seasoning, the smoky Crushed Chipotle Pepper and the Ground Jalapeo Pepper.
The last four new products to complete McCormick's line-up are: Old Bay HOT Seasoning, Zatarain's Cajun Chicken Flavored Rice, Zatarain's Creamy Parmesan Rice Mix and Zatarain's Creamy Cajun Style Pasta.
