The automaker has designed the new car 45mm higher than the Q30, with a total height of 1530mm, and features wider wheel arches.

Infiniti has given the 2016 QX30 an intelligent all-wheel drive (AWD) system which facilitates the drivetrain to send up to 50% of the engine's power and torque to the rear axle to maintain traction.

The company has not given out details of the engine but it is speculated that the car will be offered in 2.2-litre diesel engine present in the current generation of QX30 which is capable of producing 168bhp and a 208bhp, 2.0-litre petrol variant.
