POSCO Planned to Build a Steel Pipe Joint Venture in Japan in Next January

It’s reported that Korean steel giant Posco planned to build a steel pipe joint venture in Japan in next January, aiming to supply to the Japanese automotive industry.

It’s learned that the Japanese enterprises including Mory Industries Inc. and Maruyasu Industries Co. will also invest in the steel pipe joint venture.

The steel pipe joint venture will be located in Yokkaichi in western Japan.

Meanwhile, Posco expected that the annual production of the steel pipe joint ventures would reach 100,000 tons.
