La Terra Fina has voluntarily recalled its organic spinach products and also expanded its recall due to the potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes.
According to US Food and Drug Administration, the recalled products include Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip made with Greek Yogurt and Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip.
The company, which recalled its Organic Spinach Dip last week, is expanding the recall to include these products that were manufactured on the same production equipment.
The food agency said that only products with the following "best by" dates are being recalled.
However, no illnesses have been reported associated with the consumption of the recalled product till now.
Meanwhile, Twin City Foods has also recalled its products over Listeria contamination.
The recalled products include Frozen Cadia Organic Cut Spinach, Meijer Organics Chopped Spinach, Wild Harvest Organic Cut Leaf Spinach, and Wegmans Organic Just Picked Spinach, FDA said.
