Hugo Boss Has Sealed a Year-Long Partnership

Hugo Boss, the German luxury fashion and style house, has sealed a year-long partnership deal with London's publicly funded famous theatre company 'Royal National Theatre' to create a range of contemporary costumes for actors performing in the playhouse's forthcoming theatrical shows.

The first glimpse of the newly formed collaboration's sartorial creations was seen in the theatre company's sixteenth century play 'Damned by Despair'.

Written in 1625 by the Spanish monk Tirso de Molina, the drama Damned by Despair is the story of two complete strangers who will be doomed to share each other's fates.

The characters in the drama were seen wearing loose fitting thick robes and vests in earthy shades of brown and pristine white, designed by Hugo Boss.

Established in 1963, the Royal National Theatre not only performs in-house dramas, but also performs touring productions at theatres across the United Kingdom.

Founded in 1924, Hugo Boss operates around 6,102 points of sale in nearly 110 countries.
