(iv) Living environment
There is a good living environment in Jilin Province. With the beautiful and convenient living surroundings, and all kinds of accessory life service completed, the cities are suitable for the inhabitation of human beings. There are four cities of regional-level where the atmosphere environmental quality has come up to the second national quality standards.
In Jilin Province, there are 7,781 elementary schools, 1,663 general high schools, 65 general colleges and universities, and the enrollment rate is over 15% for the higher education. Furthermore, there is a great progress in the adult education, pre-school education, special education and professional education.
In Jilin Province, there are 8,755 health service institutions that actually have 87,680 ward beds, 125,700 medical personnel.
