Alpine peonies were transplanted to the Wangcheng Park in three patches from late April, enabling tourists to relish them until May 5th. Together with the peonies, herbaceous peonies of dozens of breeds also went into blossom at the park.
The park was also hosting the 2nd Tulip Artistic Exhibition and the 7th Wangcheng Spring Peony Flower Arrangement Artistic Exhibition. Dancing artists from African countries like Niger, Uganda, and Ethiopia were invited to put on their vigorous performances for the tourists.
