A special New Year stamp was released at the Taipingmingde primary school in Luoyang on January 10th.
China Post issued this set of stamps with a face value of 1.2 RMB. AR-3D Animation technique was applied to these stamps. We can appreciate a 3D animation by downloading APP after scanning the stamp.
Taipingmingde primary school was also awarded as National Youth Stamp-collecting Demonstration Area at the same time. A sixth-grade student from this school sent his New Year wishes to another student in the city in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province at the ceremony.
The activity of sending New Year wishes by writing mails was jointly organized by several primary schools in Luoyang, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Ningbo. Mails from Taipingmingde primary school were postmarked and put into the mailbox by a couple of volunteers of the Taipingmingde school.
