Iraq's Commission on Integrity reports that Deputy Prime Minister?Salih al-Mutlaq has still not complied with the country's financial disclosure requirements,despite that fact that Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and the other two of his three deputy Prime ministers have presented their financial disclosure statements to the Commission.
President Jalal Talabani has also submitted the required documents,as has his deputy Khudayr al-Khuzai,but the report implies that Tariq al-Hashimi has yet to do so.
The only ministers still in breach of the code are the ministers for the Interior,Communications,and Industry and Minerals.

High ranking officials must present their financial disclosure to the commission,and any"excess inconsistent with their income will be considered illicit enrichment and the official shall prove its source".
