Japan Exported Steel Wire Products in January,Falling by 5.5% From a Month Ago

According to statistics, Japan exported 44,075 tons of steel wire products in January, falling by 5.5% from a month ago and decreasing by 2.7% year on year.

The export prices of steel wire products averaged at US$777.2/ton FOB, falling by 3.5% from a month ago and decreasing by 17% year on year.

Among them, 10,765 tons were exported to Korea, soaring by 71.6%; 8,117 tons were to the US, increasing by 34.5% and 9,764 tons were to China, jumping by 2.5 times, all compared to those in a month ago.
