MEPS Predicted That That The Global Stainless Steel Production Might Hit New Record Highs

UK-based MEPS predicted that that the global stainless steel production might hit new record highs in 2012.

According to the forecast made by MEPS, the global stainless steel production would reach 34.6 million tons in 2012, rising by 2.6% from a year ago.

Moreover, MEPS forecasted that the global stainless steel output would exceed 36.30 million tons in 2013, boosted by higher production in China, India and the emerging economies.
