Chih Lien Industrial, one of major manufacturers in steel bars and wires in Taiwan announced that the company's board of directors has planned to sell its China wire plant's shareholding. This wire plant located in China's Donguan, Guangdong Province; Chih Lien onws about 69% of sharehold of this plant and they wish to sell all of their in hand stocks now. According to Chih Lien's calculation, the total transaction amount of this case will be about US$7.382 million and Chih Lien wish they can complete this case before the end of this year.
