Date and time of the opening of the Offer:December 12,2012 at 9:15 am and Date and time of the closing of the Offer:December 12,2012 at 3:30 pm,
Floor Price:The floor price shall be intimated on December 11,2012 after trading hours of the Stock Exchanges and not later than 6.00 p.m.
