Altius Minerals, a mining company in Canada announced its financial result for the first nine months and the quarter ended on January 31st, 2013. In the January quarter, Altius Minerals registered a net loss of CAD3.62 million, slumping from a net profit of CAD2.46 million in the same period of a year ago. Its sales revenues totaled CAD1.36 million, plummeting by 76.5% year on year. In the first 9 months, the company posted a net loss of CAD9.37 million, decreasing substantially from a net loss of CAD2 million in the same period of a year ago. The sale revenues in the given period of time amounted to CAD4.28 million, declining by 55.4% year on year.
