CSC's Operating Revenues in April,Falling by 5.16% From a Month Ago

China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steelmaker in Taiwan announced that its operating revenues totaled NT$29.62 million in April, falling by 5.16% from a month ago. In April, CSC’s earnings before taxes totaled NT$2.86 billion, up by 3.8% month on month. Meanwhile, CSC’s sales volumes of carbon steel totaled 813,246 tons in April, increasing by 1.87% from March.

In the first four months of this year, the company’s operating revenues amounted to NT$118.09 billion. In the given period of time, the company’s sales volumes of carbon steel amounted to 3.31 million tons, accounting for 66% of domestic sales.
