We still don’t know exactly when it will land, but the inner workings of the OnePlus 3 may have just been revealed.
Details about the next flagship OnePlus smartphone have seemingly been leaked on a popular mobile benchmarking site.
A device named the OnePlus 3 – model number A3000 – has appeared on AnTuTu (via AndroidPure), apparently revealing the handset’s specs.
For starters, the benchmark readout says the device will run on Android 6.0.1, which is good news. That’s Google’s latest mobile operating system after all. However, it’s likely OnePlus will overlay its own custom-built OxygenOS software.
The OnePlus 3 also seems set to run on Qualcomm’s top-end Snapdragon 820 chip. That’s the company’s most powerful processor to date, so its inclusion is no surprise.

That also means the OnePlus 3 will have access to an Adreno 530 GPU, which should give it plenty of gaming heft.
As far as the display goes, it looks like we’ll see a Full HD 1,920 x 1,080 pixel screen. Unfortunately, it’s still not clear what panel size OnePlus will opt for.
The AnTuTu page also suggests that there’ll be two cameras on board: an 8-megapixel front-facing sensor, and a 16-megapixel rear-facing sensor.
The final details regard memory: 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage are mentioned. However, there’s always a chance that OnePlus will have multiple variants of the OnePlus 3 with differing storage capacities.
Unfortunately, OnePlus hasn’t actually announced any official details about the OnePlus 3, so take this report with due caution.
