Reported, Japanese Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp. has announced to trim its costs by reviewing its production structure to be more competitive in region. It also can help to improve the company's profitability against other rivals from imports by adopting of advanced steel production technologies to improve the production efficiency. According to the company indicated that the company will aim to generate merger benefits worth more than ¥200 billion by fiscal 2015.
