It's reported that a Spanish mill has recently made an offer for its hot rolled coils (HRC) at US$570/ton, rising by US$20/ton from early November.
Few Italian mills likewise have announced rises on HRC prices without any confirmation.
It's also known that a major Turkish HRC producer has made a booking in Italy between €435/ton~€440/ton CIF.
