(China Glass Network)National Energy Administration has issued"The Twelfth Five-year Plan for Solar Power Development"recently,it sets the PV installed generating capacity of China for 21 million KW by the end of year 2015,which means that PV installed generating capacity of our country to expand six times than current amount in three years.
According to the plan,PV installed generating capacity of China will be more than 21 million KW by the end of year 2015 with annual energy output be 25 billion KWH,including distributed PV power generation installed gross capacity of 10 million KW,grid-connected PV generating station installation of 10 million KW and solar-thermal power installed gross capacity of 1 million KW.
Director of PV Committee of Chinese Renewable Energy Society,Zhao Yuwen said that,"Amount of PV installed generating capacity of China is 3.6 million KW by the end of year 2011,which will increase to 7 million KW by the end of this year.In the following 3 years,annual increasing amount of PV installed generating capacity will be 4-5 million KW."
For the high cost and grid-tied problem of PV power generation,the plan propose to establish market competition mechanism and electric power operation management mechanism beneficial for development of distributed renewable energy,combined with reform of electric power system and price mechanism,to provide healthy mechanism and environment for the development of PV power generation industry.
