It Is Reported That Argentina's Steel Output Was up by 18.7% From The Same Month Last Year

It is reported that Argentina’s steel output was up by 18.7% from the same month last year. According to Argentine Steel Chamber (CAA), the produced steel totaled at 469,200 tons in this November, down by 1.7% from a month ago. The reason of the strong increase year-on-year is mainly due to the stopped plants, repairs of the blast furnace which made the steel output extraordinary low in the same month last year. The hot rolled steel products was totaled at 436,600 tons, up by 11.5% year on year and down by 11.1% month on month; the cold rolled steel products was totaled at 123,900 tons, up by 10.8% year-on-year and down by 11.9% month on month.
