According to local sources, the stainless steel inventories in the Chinese Wuxi market totaled 190,100 tons in the last 10 days of October, rising by 6.37% from the previous 10 days.
Among them, 112,897 tons were cold rolled stainless steel, increasing by 4.76%; 77,203 tons were hot rolled stainless steel, increasing by 8.81%, both compared to that in the previous 10 days.
For cold rolled stainless steel, 12,180 tons were 200 grade, increasing by 9.69%; 72,948 tons were 300 grade, rising by 6.10% and 27,769 tons were 400 grade, down by 0.48%, all compared to that in 10 days ago.
For hot rolled stainless steel, 4,224 tons were 200 grade, down by 2.22%; 64,809 tons were 300 grade, increasing by 9% and 8,170 tons were 400 grade, rising by 13.95%, all compared to that in the previous 10 days.
