In the first quarter of 2013 the Russian car imports fell by 8.7%, to 208600 vehicles a year. According to the Russian Federation customs statistics, in the first quarter of Russian car imports was $4.2 billion, including from far neighboring imports to $4.15 billion, imports fell by 5.8%, to 198300 vehicles. The imports from the CIS countries by $74.5 million, imports fell by 42.8%, to 10300 vehicles.
At the same time, Russia's car exports grew 30%, to 31600, is $302.4 million.
