CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (SEHK: 1093) declared that major shareholders Jinling Investment Limited and Joyful Horizon Limited will sell 362 million and 138 million of its shares respectively for CNY 4.05 per share, taking up 13.07% of its share capital. Upon completion, their stakes in the listed drug maker will be diluted from 12% and 39.32% to 2.53% and 35.71% separately. Because both the shareholders are wholly owned by Massive Top Limited, the stake held by the latter in CSPC Pharmaceutical will also be diluted from 73.23% to 60.16%.
