(China Glass Network) Shahe City will invest 5 million RMB per year in the cultivation, introduction and reward for talents of glass industry, to promote rapid and healthy development of glass industry, according to new release of the city.
As the largest flat glass production base all over the country, Shahe city take human resource superiority as the premier factor for transformation and upgrading of the industry. The city set priority principle for "Talent resource development, talent resource development, talents investment guarantee and talent system innovation", it also set special fund for the cultivation, introduction and reward for talents. The city also set up awards of special service, science and technology project and personnel contribution, providing scientific research funds allowance and convenience for scientists and engineers.
