Moody Forecasted China's Steel Demand Would Increase by 2%~4% in 2013

Moody's Investors Service predicted that Asian steel demand would rise slightly in next year. Also, it forecasted that China's steel demand would increase by 2%~4% in 2013.

China's steel production and consumption accounted for 70% in Asia. The imbalance between supply and demand in China has affected the country's steel industry.

However, Moody's expected that the supply and demand in China would stabilize in 2013 since the country's steel consumption may rise and the steel output may be reduced.
