The former lawyer turned entrepreneur said she combined her love of "traditional ethnic cooking with the modern food culture of everyday Britain to create her sweet samosas".
Slice was given a brief by Mehta to create branding and packaging design to help launch the product into the busy frozen dessert fixture.
Slice Design creative director Alan Gilbody said: "We used a combination of traditional textures and a vibrant colour pallet, taking inspiration from the bright bold colours of Indian fabrics and spice markets to give consumers an indulgent dessert that offers something a bit different in the dessert aisle."
Neeta Mehta said: "As a small start up company I was initially unsure whether to instruct a London design company and I am so pleased I came across Slice.
"I was bowled over by the enthusiasm and creativity in creating the brand, and importantly for all clients I was kept fully involved in that process. I was looking for the wow factor and Slice definitely came up trumps with the result.
