145,628 MID-Sized Pickup Trucks Across The Globe Will Be Recalled by GM to Slove Problems

US-based automobile manufacturer General Motors has will issue a recalled for about 145,628 mid-sized pickup trucks across the globe, due to a problem in the hood latch issue.

The company has recalled 118,800 units sold in the US, 15,264 units in Canada, of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon models produced between 2010 and 2012.

The hood may be missing in a secondary hood latch, which may pop open the hood in case the primary latch is not engaged properly, blocking the driver's view of the road and lead to crash.

No crashes or injuries related to the issue have been reported so far, claimed the company.
