DS Smith, a provider of corrugated & plastics packaging, has agreed to acquire US-based bag-in-box liquid solutions manufacturer Parish Manufacturing.
Financial terms of the deal, which is subject to certain customary completion conditions, were undisclosed.

The proposed acquisition is scheduled to be concluded by the first quarter of next year.
DS Smith CEO Miles Roberts said: “We are looking forward to welcoming Parish into the DS Smith Group and building on our leading Flexible Packaging business.
“The proposed acquisition will further enhance our customer offering in this important and growing market segment.”
