Packaging machinery manufacturer in France, Serac has launched new PET bottle Serac Blow Linear (SBL) blow molding machines, for dairy products and edible oil.
At speeds from 2,400 to 12,000 containers per hour, the machines have the capacity to produce bottles up to five liters. They have been specifically designed to optimize energy consumption.
According to Serac, using reflecting panels and independently adjustable lamps heating of the preforms is performed at low temperature and distributed uniformly.
The blow molding solutions can be configured to fully integrate one of filling and capping units (Combox). The bottle's sequential motion will be transformed into a continuous motion though a bottle transfer system.
Serac's new SBL series is manufactured in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia facilities.
