The nyloflex Xpress Thermal Processing System, its superior plate portfolio, the soon-to-be-released nyloflex XVH and nyloflex XFH plate, and the rotec Sleeves and adapters are on display.
The nyloflex Xpress Thermal Processing System and its superior plates portfolio are the latest innovations from the company’s Flexographic Products division.
The nyloflex Xpress System has a smarter design and cuts down operational costs due to increased productivity, less maintenance and downtime.
Combined with a heating system, the specially developed nyloflex Thermal Printing Plates ensure highest plate and print quality.
The company has also added thermal flexographic plates for high-quality printing on paper substrates with UV and nyloflex XVH and nyloflex XFH water-based inks to the thermal plate portfolio.
The flat top plates, ideal for a variety of substrates, will be commercially available during the first half of 2018.
The company has expanded its product line with the introduction of nyloprint WF Sharp, a water washable, film-based plate for the high-end label market.
The nyloprint WF Sharp offers better quality with highest line count, resulting in reproduction of finest details. The plate can be used in all types of processing equipment.
The high flexibility of the polyester base makes nyloprint WF Sharp an ideal adaption to different cylinders. The plate will be available in the market in the first quarter of 2018.
Flint Group is also showcasing the patent-pending, state-of-the-art rotec Eco Bridge, which has been designed for easier and faster use in flexographic printing presses and on plate-mounting equipment.
The rotec Eco Bridge incorporates a more efficient air supply system that results in 99% reduction in noise and requires less compressed air.
The rotec Smart Premium sleeve, with easy-mount technology and weight reduction up to 15%, is also on display.
Apart from Flexographic Products, the company’s Narrow Web and Digital Solutions (Xeikon and ThermoFlexX) divisions are showcasing their products.
