Printpack is all set to launch its new innovations at FachPack taking place from 24 - 26 September 2013 in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany.
The company will exhibit its High Resolution Gravure (HRG) pre-press and printing solution, which is claimed to offer as high as 1200 lpi resolution. The technology also provides sharper print quality than any other flexible packaging print process.
It can be used for all material structures including monoweb, duplex and triplex laminates and offers a speed to market equivalent to current Flexo expectations, when combined with the company's fast track service.
Printpack will also introduce its Gravure Fixed Colour Palette (4SIGHT), which uses a reduced number of process colours to create a wide ranging colour gamut.
The company's new ReSeal-It format allows consumers to open and reclose the tamper-evident packages easily, keeping the contents fresher for longer.
According to the company, the packs are easy to share, grab and go, and save for later.
