Specialty Printing in the US has spun off its packaging and distribution business into a separate unit, which is expected to generate about $16m in revenue in its first year. The new entity will operate independently under the name Specialty Packaging.
Specialty Packaging continued its growth with the recent merger of D McLeod Packaging and currently occupies a 50,000ft2 distribution center at Four Revay Road in East Windsor, Connecticut, US.
The company has capabilities in package design, sourcing, distribution and logistics and provides customers with packaging and shipping products and serves primary markets including food packaging, general manufacturing and distribution centers.
Specialty Packaging also has an in-house packaging equipment department and offers new and used equipment to customers along with parts and service.
Specialty Printing provides solutions ranging from custom designed labels to help sell product, stock weigh scale labels, coupon labels, to pharmaceutical & prescription fulfillment labels and gourmet recipe labels.
