Mrs.Fields Famous Brands and Interbake Foods have entered into a long term licensing partnership.Under the agreement,Interbake Foods will become responsible for the manufacture and sale of Mrs.Fields branded pre-packaged cookies sold at retailers throughout North America.
The partnership will be effective beginning 29 October 2012.
Interbake Foods president Kevin McDonough said that Interbake Foods is excited to add a well known brand to its existing offerings of cookies.
"This partnership is a great way to grow the brand and sales for our retail partners,"McDonough added.
Mrs.Fields is a franchisor in the premium snack food industry,featuring Mrs.Fields and TCBY as its core brands,while Interbake Foods is a baked goods manufacturer.
