US-based packaging products manufacturer Karat has introduced new large wide-opening dome lid in the home-market.
The new lids are claimed to be suitable for parfaits, ice cream floats, slushes as well as frozen yogurt with toppings.
The launch follows increasing demand for the packaging products in the region and the new products are expected to address the demand.
Wide-opening dome lids are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic and are said to be compatible with Karat 12-24oz PET plastic cups.
The new lids feature a 55.5mm opening for straws, spoons, and spoon-straws that also allows the users to fill to the top without spilling over.
Additionally, the manufacturer also provides custom printing services for paper cups, plastic cups, cup jacket sleeves, and napkins.
