A strategy to Establish The First African American-Owned Alcoholic Beverage Operation

International Spirits is planning to follow a new strategic plan, in a move to establish itself as the first African American-owned alcoholic beverage operation in the US.

As part of the new strategy, the company will support the growth of its Ivanabitch branded products, as well as, rum and tequila products.

The company, which is licensed to do business in 31 states as well as Canada and the Caribbean, will also invest to acquire additional brands.

Additionally, the company has formed a new Board of Directors, while adding new members to the management team.

International Spirits Board chairman Steve Koegler said: "We are extremely proud of the growth of our Ivanabitch Brand, as well as, our expansion into the agency marketplace. Now it's time for the Company to execute its new strategic growth plan.

"To do that, we installed the new Board and intend to expand our management team to accomplish the goal of becoming an MBE in the very near future."
